Yes. You can exclusively hire ALBERT. We welcome small groups of 6 to 24 people. We always work with 1 group per sitting. This allows you to enjoy yourselves without interruption.

The venue hire includes exclusive use of the entire venue and basic support on the day (such as reception and practical coordination). Catering (food and drinks) will be arranged separately to suit your requirements. All packages are bespoke, and the indicative prices are merely a guide. Come by for a coffee or aperitif, and we can have a chat.

ALBERT is partially wheelchair accessible via the side entrance. Only the cellar is inaccessible by wheelchair for safety reasons.

The finishing times depend on the type of booking (day or evening) and are clearly agreed in advance in the quote/agreement. Would you like a late finish? Let us know and we will look into the possibilities.

Yes, but the music is always played from our own system. Would you like a specific playlist? Send it to us in advance, and we'll ensure it's playing upon arrival!

ALBERT already has a lot of character and atmosphere. We provide the foundation for a well-cared-for setting (such as table dressing and service, flowers and candles, ambient lighting, and decorative elements).

Bringing a celebration cake is usually possible (by appointment). For reasons of food safety and quality assurance, we provide all other food through our own catering services.

Our menus are seasonal. We will send you the options in good time before your event and we will finalise the menu together according to the agreed deadline in the preparation process.

In Merghelynckstraat there is a public charging station for 2 cars.

That depends on the local traffic situation and the exact street/access. Share your plan (bus/shuttle, timing), and we'll advise on the most practical drop-off.

We agree on delivery parking and delivery times in advance, so that setup and delivery run smoothly and discreetly.

To guarantee the quality and timing of the main course, we ideally plan speeches after the main course or before the starter (or at an agreed-upon time). We're happy to help you with a smooth running order.

Depending on the chosen space, audio and lighting options may be available. Let us know what you need (microphone, background music, DJ setup), and we will work out a suitable solution.

Assistance dogs and service animals are of course welcome to support their owner during the unique experience at ALBERT.
